• A newly refreshed design that includes an ambient island camera for a sleeker, more premium look.

• Support for Super Fast Charging 3.0**, which lets you recharge your phone at blazing speeds.
• Super Steady with Horizontal Lock, a video shooting feature that allows for smoother, shake-free videos by keeping your shots level even if you rotate a full 360°.***
• New AI features designed to intuitively fit into your life and simplify your everyday experiences.
*Requires manual activation in settings to function. Privacy Display feature is not AI-powered.
**60W Power Adapter sold separately.

A. Galaxy S26 Ultra has received various upgrades from the previous Galaxy S25 Ultra model, including:
• Snapdragon® 8 Elite Gen 5 customised for Galaxy, the latest and most powerful custom processor for Galaxy smartphones.
• A slimmer design along with a new ambient island camera for elegance that fits naturally in your hand. • Wider apertures and noise reduction that deliver clearer and more detailed videos in low-light environments, such as during the night.*
• An AI image signal processor (ISP) in the front camera for more natural, realistic selfies.
• A redesigned Vapor Chamber that spreads heat more evenly within the device for up to 21% greater thermal performance, allowing your phone to stay cooler for longer.
*Results may vary depending on light condition, subject and/or shooting conditions. -
A. Galaxy S26 Ultra comes in four standard colour options of Cobalt Violet, Sky Blue, Black and White and two exclusive colour options of Silver Shadow and Pink Gold that are available only on Samsung.com and in Samsung Experience Stores.
-
A. Galaxy S26 Ultra comes with three storage options of 1TB, 512GB and 256GB. You should choose the storage option that best suits you, such as whether you need to save a lot of pictures and videos or download various apps and games.
1TB (with 16GB of memory): If you're going to be dealing with a lot of data, consider upgrading all the way to 1TB. This is the perfect storage option for users who need a lot of space for large files and high-performance tasks, particularly for work or gaming.
• 512GB (with 12GB of memory): If you take a lot of pictures and videos or download various apps and games, then consider choosing the 512GB storage option. This should give you the space to add new content to your phone while keeping the photos, videos, music and other files you already have.
• 256GB (with 12GB of memory): If you take a moderate number of pictures and videos and don’t download many apps or games, then the right choice may be the 256GB storage option.
• If you’re still unsure of which option is best for you, check the storage capacity on your current phone (usually found in the settings) to get an idea of your typical usage. You can see how much space is being taken up, this will give you a good idea of how much storage you will need on your new device. -
A. Galaxy S26 Ultra does not come with a charger, though it does come with an ejection pin and a data cable included in the box.
• The ejection pin can be used for SIM card removal. The data cable can be used to connect to other devices for various tasks, including an adapter for charging. However, the actual adapter or charger has to be purchased separately.

I love the ability to hide your screan. However, one of the best features on the s24 ultra was the Bluetooth pen and being able to take photos. Whish i had kept my s24 ultra really disappointed no point in having the pen

My experience of the galaxy s26 ultra has been seamless and very convenient, the phone feels great the cameras are amazing and the performance with the snapdragon gen 8 elite 5 its lovely for browsing and gaming. This phone is great to hold and looks good especially design wise and colour wise. Audio wise this phone is amazing its dual speaker system sounds amazing wherever you are standing.Overall this phone feels premuim and well built. However i do have some concerns, firstly i feel like the display is much less brighter overall and feels dimmer compared to a family members s25 ultra. its understandable due to the privacy display and that isnt an issue because the display is still sharp and lovely for everything. i show biggest concern towards the cameras, specifically the ois. Idk what happened during delivery but ever since i got my s26 when zooming in it tweaks out like the camera while shake alot while trying to stabilise and i can feel it vibrate zooming in, ive never dropped it.
I recommended this product.
I've owned Samsung phones since around 2005, my first smartphone was a Samsung galaxy ace 2 in 2012 and then galaxy s5 , s6 , s9+, note 20 ultra, then my last phone and best phone i have ever owned was the s23 ultra 512gb/12ram. So this phones got a lot to live upto. The s26 ultra 1tb/16ram is better in every way, the cameras are amazing the night shots are stunning, i love this phone so much the one and only fault is the spen being smaller and lighter it just feels to flimsy, other than that i love it.

100% happy best buy in a long time perfect

My first Samsung was an S2 so I have purchased many Samsung phones over the last 20+ years. The S26 ultra has been the biggest let down, delivered in a thin crappie box makes me wonder if it was just an afterthought. Over £1800.00 for extra memory and a lasting battery. The memory is nice but the battery is garbage, the battery lasts no lnger than my 9 year old S9note. 12 hours is all, then I need a plug in. The only way I get it to last longer is by clearing the cache and data daily. I use my phone as a personal pc just as many do. I called Samsung (1hr 32 min on hold/troubleshooting) they sugest I remove all personal/privet documents, back everything up and; a) mail it to them for 2 or 3 weeks b) I can drop it off at a store for a week or 2 Who out there can go without a phone for a week or 2? The pen that makes this an "ultra" is just a plastic stick, pointer or a tapper. The camera is fine, sound is fine but I miss not having a headphones jack.

Honestly a downgrade to S24 Ultra. I swear by it. The phone is somehow bulky, bigger, heavier, fatter. Not just the outside, the inside: on my life its worse. I had a faulty one to start with, new one came, same rubbish. It overheats, it cant load maps, it glitches. Its slower internet speeds, loading stuff. I had the same provider so i know its the phone. Big let down, theres a lot more i can say but dont want to type an essay. VOID. Honestly dodge the bullet unlike me
We are disheartened to see you are fully enjoying your S26 Ultra compared to your S24 Ultra. Firstly, we would like to say a big thank you for your loyalty to us, and we are delighted to have you on board with us!

Obviously its new so i cant say if the battery will last but the phone is quick and attractive with plenty of storage. It has the usual samsung bloatwear but i have removed much of it. Seems like an excellent phone.
I recommended this product.
The phone itself is good and I’ve been happy with its performance, features and overall quality. Unfortunately, my experience with Samsung’s customer support has significantly affected my overall experience. I have been a loyal Samsung customer for many years and have used their products for a long time. However, when I recently needed support with an issue, I found the after-sales service extremely disappointing. There was a lack of clear communication, the issue was not handled in the way I expected, and I was left feeling that my concerns were not properly listened to or resolved. So, purely as a phone, I would recommend it — it is a capable device. But based on my recent experience, I would be much more cautious about relying on Samsung’s customer service if something goes wrong. Great phone, but the after-sales support really needs improvement.
We're really pleased to hear that you're happy with your S26 Ultra, Tauk, and that the performance, features and overall fantastic quality have met your expectations. However, we're sorry to hear that your experience with our Support Teams has not quite hit the mark and that your concerns were not addressed in the way you had hoped.
We expect all of our services to be of a very high quality, where support, knowledge, communication and resolution are at the forefront of the customer assistance we deliver. Customer feedback plays an important role in helping us to enhance the services we offer, and we want to reassure you that your feedback has been noted and will be used to make improvements.
We'd love to invite you to contact us again so that we can provide you with the five-star support that we aim to achieve. You can find our contact details and opening times here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/

Beautiful phone, display is high quality for sure. Easy to use.very fast system with many extra app for more information. Camera is amazingly high quality with many function. Only negative thing I can find is the size, its a bit big, I always had smaller phones so I need to get used to it. Charging looks good so far used all days with 1 full charge and still on approx 30% so battery life is pretty good. Feels very durable, strong material.

Excellent phone very good at taking photos
I recommended this product.
The sound quality is variable and you've got to do something about your resistance to having a separate jack for headphones from the port that is used for charging. Emoji stickers seem harder to effectuate than other manufacturers' phones as well. Your Samsung Wallet app is too intrusive, particularly when the phone's being unlocked. Otherwise, it does the basics.
While it's great to see that your S26 Ultra is covering your general needs, it's a shame that you aren't thoroughly enjoying it, Liam. We decided to forgo the headphone jack on this model so that we could retain space for vital hardware and create a slim design, and also to reflect the habits of our users. If you would prefer not to use USB-C headphones, we would recommend giving Bluetooth headphones a try.

When from a Nokia xr 20 to this samsung S26 ultra and I'm extremely happy with this samsung it's so fast and has a brilliant camera and the battery lasts all day on one charge
I recommended this product.
This is one of the worst purchases i have made. I bought this phone right at the launch mainly for its camera. I was upgrading from S24 Ultra. I noticed that in the regular photo mode, one side of the image is blurred. Only the center is sharp. For eg. if i were to take a group photo, the people on the left or the right side get blurred and only the people in the middle are clear. I sent this to service for 2 times and the problem came back the same. Now they want me to send it the third time. It is ridiculous. I am now locked, spending so much money and not able to use the phone for the last 3 months. The service center is a joke, they look at all the issues on Smart Tutor and then recommend to be sent to service. Even though i say that its already been through service, they have a standard operating procedure.
We're disheartened to hear that the camera quality of the Galaxy S26 Ultra, which you upgraded to from the Galaxy S24 Ultra, has not met your expectations overall, Kolli.
More specifically, we understand that you've noticed your photos appearing blurred around the left and right edges, while only the central subject remains sharp. It is also our understanding that the device has already been assessed and serviced on two occasions, but that the issue has remained unresolved.
We appreciate that the level of customer service you experienced throughout this process did not meet your expectations and that you have been advised to send the device in for further assessment.
While we recognise that this situation is not ideal, we'd like to reassure you that our engineers always aim to resolve any issue as quickly and effectively as possible. In some cases, however, additional assessments may be required.
We would like the opportunity to look into your case in more detail and explore what further assistance may be available to help achieve a positive outcome. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with our Support Teams, who will be happy to assist further.

Depending on the issue with the Camera, we may be able to avoid a repair with our troubleshooting steps. We recommend ensuring your software is fully up to date by going to Settings > Software update > Download and install. After using a Samsung s24 ultra. This has become such a downgrade. You are basically buying the same phone with a worse design. They went from a premium titanium to aluminium but increased the price. My phone has been in the official Samsung case I bought from Samsung. I wouldn't recommend buying this as well as after a month it has degraded so badly and doesn't protect the phone. The s26 ultra would get scratches really easily mines has multiple spec marks despite being in the case. Battery life you get the same 5000mah batter as the the previous phones and after testing multiple competitors it seems they are leading on this side of things. The idea of the Samsung ultra series was to stand out and be a unique phone but this one seems like a iPhone copy with the design and hardly anything which makes it stand out. If I knew it would have been this bad I would have kept the s24 ultra and just changed the battery. I would have had more joy keeping that.
We are disheartened to see the S26 Ultra has not met up to your expectations coming from the S24 Ultra, Harmesh.
The sleek aluminium frame design will still give you the best protection and will still have your phone turning heads when they see it. We work hard to give our customers the best of the best, and your feedback is greatly appreciated as we can further improve our products in the future.
Although it has the same 5,000 mAh battery, with the improved Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy processor you'll get a better and longer experience with this phone and with enhanced Galaxy AI features, the possibilities are quite endless!

Recently bought this and still trying to figure it out but so far seems decent performance, great camera with nice bright photography ideas with great ability to be able to do if you have the creative streak. Good performance from the battery at the moment. Good privacy options Really quite impressed with it overall. Beautiful colour too, lovely purple! Bit pricey but on the same level as Apple.

I recently upgraded my phone to the 26 ultra i am very happy with the phone however considering the high price tag I would expect the phone to come with a plug and a cable so the device can be charged I understand that manny customers will already have a plug for the usb connection however if I was buying my first ever smart phone I would then have to buy the plug to charge it I think these standards are unacceptable. There are also no longer ear phones with the device something I would also expect given the high price tag
Congratulations on your upgrade to the gorgeous S26 Ultra, Chris. We're so pleased to hear that you're happy with it overall.
We appreciate your feedback about it not coming with a plug or earphones. This has been the case since 2021, and you can find out more about the reasons for this here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/why-isnt-samsung-including-earphones-and-a-charger-plug-in-the-box/
It does come with a USB-C to USB-C charging cable in the box.
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We do take it on board and use it to drive future innovation.

I needed a new phone, as my other one also Samsung only lasted a year, & would not charge anymore. I then decided to get the latest S26 Ultra. WOW! Brilliant phone. A fully charged battery lasts a week. So much quicker to use. Did a Smartswitch from old phone, once complete I started using it straight away. What more can I say, one magnificant phone. This one will last me a few years.
I had my phone delivered to my doorstep exactly one day after I ordered which was awesome. The purchase process was easy and straight with comfortable instalments. I'm loving the phone, camera picture quality is out of this world, battery lasts me two full days on single charge
I recommended this product.
My recent purchase was a great experience. Delivery was quick, the item matched the description, and the quality is excellent. I would definitely recommend and shop again.

Decided to upgrade from S25 ultra out of curiosity as the cameras don't seem any different to last year's model in my experience but sound & picture quality with the S26 are super when watching videos & playing music Top consideration when thinking about buying this model would be if you don't mind the camera bump ( or 'island' ) easy solution being to get a super carrying case Also consider the size which is fine for me being fairly elderly but some of you might find it a bit cumbersome I would advise potential customers to seek out a discounted purchase as price has increased from last year & the overall differences are minimal - I have only found some useful features when using AI to edit photos but haven't tested the privacy feature as I never use the phone in public

bought this phone in white and honestly – it looks even better than in the pictures. Very elegant and modern. The phone works very fast, everything runs smoothly with no lag. The screen is large and very nice, perfect for watching movies and browsing the internet. The camera takes very good photos – especially in daylight, they are very sharp and detailed.

Poor value again for the price, second rate camera, charging and battery compared to several other brands that cost significantly less money. Please get your act together Samsung and match the hardware from several Chinese brands that are leaving you looking silly !!
We’re very sorry to read that your Galaxy S26 Ultra has not met your expectations.

This is my second s26. My first was the standard but sent back to Samsung due to it being faulty. I have got the ultra now and no issues, great phone but the camera isn't anything impressive, my old s23+ was as good if not better. Besides impressed with the phone.

I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra for a few weeks now, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience so far. The battery life is really solid — it easily gets me through a full day even with quite heavy use like social media, videos, and some gaming. The camera is probably my favourite part. Photos come out super clear and detailed, and even night shots look surprisingly good. The zoom is also very impressive — you can capture things from far away without losing much quality. Performance-wise, the phone feels super smooth. Apps open quickly, multitasking is easy, and I haven’t noticed any lag at all. Everything just works the way you expect it to. Connectivity has been reliable too — no issues with Wi-Fi, calls, or Bluetooth. It’s been consistent wherever I’ve used it. I also like the privacy features, especially when using the phone in public. It gives that extra bit of confidence that your screen isn’t easily visible to others. Overall, it feels like a premium phone that delivers on pretty much everything — great battery, amazing camera, smooth performance, and useful features. Definitely worth it if you’re looking for a top-tier upgrade
Phone performance is great quality is good overall I'm happy
Worth the price of the phone
In the ever-evolving tech landscape, Samsung has truly distinguished itself this year by setting a new benchmark for excellence. The Galaxy S26 Ultra isn't just an iteration; it is a tribute to meaningful innovation, particularly with the new Privacy Display—the true standout of 2026. After one week of heavy use, here is my honest breakdown: 1. Hardware-Level Privacy: The "James Bond" tech is real. The Privacy Display effectively obscures the screen from side and top angles at the hardware level. It functions like a built-in, togglable privacy protector without the bulk or bubbles of a physical film. 2. The "Gimbal" Killer: The new Horizontal Lock mode is a game-changer for creators. It allows for a full 360-degree rotation while keeping the video perfectly level. The stability is professional-grade and incredibly impressive. 3. Proactive Personal Assistance: Samsung has finally moved Galaxy AI away from "hype" and toward a legitimate Personal Assistant. The S26 Ultra feels context-aware; it proactively understands your intent rather than just reacting to keywords. Final Thoughts: Moving from the Z Fold 7 to the S26 Ultra, the choice this year comes down to "The Practical Powerhouse" vs. "The Futuristic Multitasker." While every flagship has its critics, the S26 Ultra is undeniably the superior choice for those who value raw power, reliability, and the best camera system on the market.

Thank you for sharing such a glowing review of your S26 Ultra, Martin. We work hard to put our phones at the very forefront of technology, so that our users get to experience the very best advancements we make as we explore the true potential of the Galaxy.
From the incredible Privacy Display, giving you the privacy you deserve at the tap of a button, and with customisation options, you can tailor this to your preferences, to the new Galaxy AI features such as Photo Assist and Now Nudge, the possibilities are endless!
Horizontal Lock will enable you to take the perfect video with no shakes!

I recommended this product.

I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones. Looks amazing, super snappy and powerful with the smpdragon 8 elite Gen 4, the best camera in smartphones, absolutely polished samsung one ui, honestly I am amazed for days, superb AI …functionality, I have been gaming all day it barely gets warm, superb display and battery performance is better because of the more efficient cpu, honestly glad I made the right decision and would do it again.smartphones, absolutely polished samsung one ui, honestly I am amazed for days, superb AI … functionality, I have been gaming all day it barely gets warm, superb display and battery performance is better because of the more efficient cpu, honestly glad I made the right decision and would do it again.
