Social CommerceThanks for reaching out to share your experience with the Galaxy S23 Ultra. Our goal is to ensure that our customers have the best experience possible with our devices. We hate to see that you've experienced some network challenges. Mobile network connection challenges on your Samsung phone or tablet can arise due to your location and environment, leading to temporary disconnections or slow connections. Several factors might contribute to this, including your subscription plan, access region, or mobile network settings. First, check if you are subscribed to a 5G plan; if you own a 5G device but cannot connect, verify with your carrier that your plan is active and that you are in a 5G-supported area. Next, review your mobile network settings by opening the Settings app, tapping on "Connections," and selecting "Mobile networks." If necessary, contact your carrier for additional assistance with network access, and you can also select your preferred network mode by tapping "Network mode." If connectivity still remains a challenge, consider resetting your network settings, which will erase all Bluetooth pairings and saved Wi-Fi networks. To reset, go to Settings, select "General management," tap "Reset," choose "Reset network settings," and confirm the action by entering your PIN or password if prompted. Finally, if you continue to experience disconnections, you may need to visit a Samsung walk-in service center or schedule a repair service online for further assistance. If you require any further assistance with this or anything else, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin
