In regard to the absence of the charger block, due to a recent survey that showed that our customers were reusing their charger adapter, to help us reduce e-waste, this was removed from the box. We still include the charger cable inside the box as standard, and you are more than welcome to purchase the adapter to get the speeds you can get from our website.

We’re sorry that your experience with the Galaxy S26 Ultra and Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra hasn’t lived up to your expectations compared with your previous experience with the S24 Ultra and Tab S9 Ultra, Donovan.
The Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra offers several features designed to enhance everyday use, including its expansive 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, powerful performance and slim, lightweight design. The Galaxy S26 Ultra also builds on the Galaxy experience with advanced camera capabilities, powerful performance and Galaxy AI features.
Our latest devices are supported by up to 7 years of Android OS upgrades and 7 years of security updates, helping customers keep their devices secure and up to date for longer. We also appreciate your comments about the anti-glare screen protector, its packaging and the S Pen, along with your concerns about performance. The S Pen included in the box is designed for a comfortable hold and stable grip, with a hexagonal shape that supports precise strokes. We’ll share your feedback with the teams responsible for our devices and accessories to help identify areas for improvement and maintain high quality standards.
The Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra is powered by a 3 nm MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, offering improved performance compared with the previous Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, including a 61% faster NPU, 19% faster CPU and 17% faster GPU.
